• Simplify rational expressions, solve rational equations/inequalities, and draw rational function graphs.
• Model systems with matrices, compute determinants, and solve linear systems (including with Cramer’s Rule).
• Represent and apply vectors; perform translations, reflections, and rotations in the plane.
• Summarize and visualize grouped data; compute and interpret measures of central tendency.
• Apply counting principles, evaluate permutations/combinations, and calculate event probabilities (including binomial contexts).

Communicate clear mathematical reasoning and justify solution methods.
